About

MISSION

Foothills Playhouse is a community theater that provides quality, live theater for the entertainment, education, and edification of our city, state, and region.

History

Foothills Playhouse was established in 1981 by a group of dedicated individuals who desired to see live theater in Easley.  Known originally as the Easley Community Theatre, the debut season included four adult shows performed at Easley High School. Since that time, it has changed locations from the high school to the Foothills Mall, and finally in 1991 to Historic West End Hall, where it still resides. Through all of the changes, the mission has remained the same: to provide quality, live theater for the entertainment, education, and edification of our city, state, and region.
